Claims (7)
- 내화물질 베이스에 완전히 매설된 전기가열소자로 구성되는 가열판넬에 있어서, 이 가열소자가 낮은 열전도성의 내화물질로 일체가 되게 배면이 보강된 높은 열전도성의 내화물질의 영역에 매설됨을 특징으로하는 가열판넬.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 높은 열전도성 영역이 주조 가능한 내화물질매트릭스 탄화규소로 구성된 가열판넬.
- 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 가열소자와 주위의 높은 열전도성 내화물질이 베이스 표면의 상부로 완전히 또는 부분적으로 상승되어 있는 가열판넬.
- 베이스와 코일의 주연부 둘레에 성형된 리브에 의하여 주조가 능한 내화물질의 베이스상에서 지지된 코일 형태의 전기가열소자로 구성된 가열장치에 있어서, 베이스의 물질이 코일의 각 회선사이에 형성되고 코일의 코아에는 내화물질이 성형되지 아니하고 장치의 표면측으로 개방되어 있으며, 적어도 코일주연부의 일부가 판넬의 주위면에서 상승되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 가열장치.
- 연결된 다수의 코일로 구성된 청구범위 4항의 가열장치에 있어서, 코일 사이의 연결부가 장치의 표면측으로 노출된 가열장치.
- 청구범위 4항에 청구된 바와 같은 가열장치의 제조방법에 있어서, 이 방법이 다음 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.i) 성형기 상에서 코일을 성형하는 단계 ii) 가열장치와 코일이 삽입되는 채널을 형성하는 하나 이상의 면으로 구성되는 모울드를 구성하는 단계 iii) 코일의 마스킹된 부분이 채널면에 인접하도록 모울드의 채널에 코일을 배치하는 단계 iv) 가열장치의 베이스를 형성하도록 요구된 높이까지 모울드에 내화물질을 채우는 단계 v) 모울드로부터 가열장치를 분리하는 단계와, vi) 성형기와 마스킹물질을 제거하는 단계
- 청구범위 6항의 방법에 따르고 모울드에 내화물질을 채우기 전에 모울드로부터 코일의 연결부까지왁스 또 는 다른 마스킹 물질을 도포하여 청구범위 5항에 청구된 바와 같은 가열장치를 제작하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
