Abstract

Titled polyester yarns were manufactured by interlacing and false twisting the non-drawn polyester yarn which has bifringence rate 20X10-3 -50X10-3 and drawn one which has bifringence rate >70X10-3 at the temperature 215-235≰C. The obtained yarns showed an improved weaving ability and a smooth feel.

According to the present invention, two kinds of polyester multifilaments having different birefringences are formed by forming a entanglement by fluid entanglement at storage force with a tension control device before combustible operation, thereby adjusting the softening and temperature during the combusting process as an unspecified adverb. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing polyester composite twisted yarn, such as natural fibers, which can improve the weaving efficiency even if it is hard.

Conventionally, there are air jet method and multi-flammable method for obtaining Uljo blended yarn, but air jet method has to raise the pressure of used air to increase bulkiness, so the manufacturing cost is high. In addition, the processing yarn showed a spinning yarn-like appearance, but there was a defect in that it was inconvenient to wear when it was welfare because of its rough touch.

In addition, in the conventional composite combustion method, since two thermoplastic multifilaments are treated under normal combustion processing conditions and fluid entangled, the central yarn and the effector are easily separated in the post-process, and the non-uniform entanglement causes cutting during weaving. There was a drawback to lowering the weaving utilization rate.

The present invention solves this problem and will be described in detail below.

The high-speed spinning non-twisted yarn with birefringence of 20 × 10 -3 to 50 × 10 -3 and the stretched yarn with birefringence of 70 × 10 -3 or more, while maintaining the tension of the supplier at the tension of 2-10g by the tension control device before twisting, After twisting two yarns with the entanglement device,
Figure kpo00001
By fusion of two kinds of multifilaments at a temperature at which the multifilament yarns of low orientation degree were fused finely, that is, at 215 ° C to 235 ° C, a woolly blended yarn having good weaving property by no-damage was obtained.

In the present invention, if the tension of the supplier exceeds 2-10g, it is not possible to obtain a uniform tufted yarn, after which the core yarn and the effect yarn are separated and the weaving efficiency is lowered.

Figure kpo00002
Figure kpo00003
In addition, the number of years
Figure kpo00002
In this case, the crimping effect is greatly reduced, and the touch is rough.
Figure kpo00003
In case of cutting, single yarn is cut during combustion, and a large amount of lint is generated. In addition, when the processing temperature is T <215 ℃, there is no microfusion effect, so the core yarn and the effect yarn are easily separated, and the weaving efficiency decreases due to the large amount of cuts caused by the warp of weaving due to the abrasion.

On the other hand, when the processing temperature exceeds T235 ℃, there is a drawback that the fusion is excessive and the touch is rough and the wear is bad.
