Claims (3)

  1. 수지재(resin material)를 모울드내에 주입하는 주입공정과, 상기 수지재를 냉각하는 냉각공정 및 상기 냉각공정 다음에 성형물을 모울드에서 탈형하는 모울드탈형공정으로 구성된 수지성형품의 성형방법에 있어서,
    상기 주입공정후 상기 냉각공정완료까지 상기 성형물의 주어진 부분을 부분적으로 가압하여, 그 가압상태를 유지하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 한 수지성형품의 성형방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주어진 부분에 대향하는 모울드의 일부를 가동하여 그 가동부분의 이동에 의해 부분적으로 가압하여 그 가압상태유지시킴을 특징으로 한 상기 성형방법.
  3. 수지재를 모울드내에 주입하고, 그 다음 수지재를 냉각하며, 그 다음 성형물은 모울드에서 탈형하여 성형시킨 성형물에 있어서,
    수지재를 모울드내에서 주입을 완료한 후 수지재의 냉각이 완료될때가지 상기 성형물의 주어진부분이 부분적으로 가입되어 그 주어진 부분의 보이드(void)를 제거시킴을 특징으로 한 수지성형물.
