제 1 도는 쐐기를 단순히 삽입한 상태에 있어서의 절삭날팁의 부착부분을 표시하는 측면도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도중 화살표 방향의 일부절결사시도. 제 3 도는 쐐기를 압입한 상태에 있어서의 절삭날 팁의 부착부분을 표시하는 측면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 공구본체(11)의 앞쪽끝부분 바깥둘레에 공구본체(11)의 앞쪽 및 반지름방향 바깥쪽으로 향하여 개방된 오목한부분(12)이 설치되고, 이 오목한부분(12)의 공구본체의 회전방향으로 향하는 자리면(31)에 지지부재(15)가 상기한 공구본체(11)의회전방향과 반대방향으로 향하는 저면(16)을 맞닿게 해서 설치되어 있고, 이 지지부재(15)의 상기한 공구본체의 회전방향을 향하는 면에 절삭날 팁이 그 절삭날 팁의 윗면과 상기한 오목한부분(12)의 공구본체의 회전방향과 반대의 방향을 향하는 맞닿는 면과의 사이에 압입된 쐐기에 의해서 압압 고정되어서된 슬로아웨이식 전삭공구에 있어서, 상기한 쐐기(19)를 절삭날 팁 윗면(23)과 상기한 오목한 부분(12)의 맞닿는 면과의 사이에 단순히 삽입하였을 때에 상기한 자리면(31)의 앞쪽끝 가장자리(31b)와 뒷쪽끝 가장자리(31a)와의 사이의 중간부분과 상기한 저면(16)과의 간극이 상기한 앞쪽끝 가장자리(31b) 및 뒷쪽끝 가장자리(31a)에서 떨어짐에 따라서 크게 되도록 상기한 자리면(31) 및 저면(16)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬로아웨이식 전삭공구
