Claims (10)
- 내부 인조직물과 ; 외부인조직물과 ; 상기 내부 및 외부직물 사이에 있는 개방셀 폼층을 포함하며, 상기 내부직물과 폼층 및 외부직물은 의복을 만들기 위해 연결수단에 의해 서로 연결되는 방한복에 있어서, 상기 의복은 수분투과율이 적어도 500g/㎡/24hrs이며, 공기투과율은 0.5인치 수두압력에서 적어도 15ft3/min/ft2것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부직물은 0.5인치 수두압력에서 공기 투과율이 15ft3/min/ft2이하이며, 수분투과율은 적어도 1000g/㎡/24hrs인 직물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 외부직물은 고밀도를 갖도록 미세 데니어, 다중막, 폴리에스터 또는 폴리아미드로 직조된 직조직물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폼은 적어도 약 1/4인치 두께의 폴리 우레탄 폼인 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 외부직물은 약 63내지 79의 워프 수와 57내지 61의 필링수를 갖는 폴리아미드 얀으로 직조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폼은 제 1 면과 회선된 제 2 면으로 구성되며, 상기 회선된 면에는 산과 마루가 있고, 상기 회선된 면은 내부 직물과 접하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 면은 대체로 편평하고, 외부직물과 접하며, 상기 제 1 면에서 상기 골까지의 상기 폼의 두께는 제 1 면에서 산까지의 폼두께의 약 1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폼층은 제 1 면과 제 2 주면을 갖고 있으며, 편평한 상기 제 1 면은 외부직물과 접하며, 방풍특성을 향상시키고 제조를 쉽게하기 위해 스킨을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 폼층은 다수의 하부층을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 하부층의 각각은 방풍특성을 향상시키기 위해 대체로 편평하고 스킨된 제 1 면을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 폼층의 수분투과율은 적어도 500g/㎡/24hrs이며, 공기투과율은 0.5인치 수두압력에서 10cfm/ft2이하이며, 분무저항은 90°의 충격각에서는 100% 픽업 보다 작으며, 45° 각에서는 150% 보다 작으며, 스킨면의 표면마찰력은 1 파운드 시험하중을 사용하면 약 2 파운드 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방한복.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
