Claims (5)

  1. 전자 방출용 표면을 가진 다공 텅스텐 보디를 포함하고 그 텅스텐 보디는 전자 방출용 표면 인접층에서 스칸디움 옥사이드와 혼합되며 신터링 후에 스칸디움 옥사이드를 함유한 텅스텐 보디에 옥사딕 물질을 주입시킨 음극에 있어서,
    용융된 구리는 주입에 앞서 스칸디움 옥사이드를 함유한 신터링된 텅스텐 보디에 흡수되며, 전자 방출용 표면에 영향을 주는 텅스텐 보디의 역학적 설계 처리후 텅스텐 보디로 부터 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 음극 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    2내지 10% 중량의 스칸디움 옥사이드가 텅스텐 보디에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 제조방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    3 내지 7% 중량의 스칸디움 옥사이드가 텅스텐보디에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 제조방법.
  4. 제 1,2 또는 3항에 있어서,
    기계적 처리가 전자 방출용 표면으로 부터 상기 표면에 접한 스칸디움 옥사이드를 포함하는 층까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 제조방법.
  5. 제 1,2,3 또는 4항의어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의하여
    제조된 음극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선 튜브.
