Claims (2)
- 통상의 방법으로 제조한 용융 페로실리콜(FeSi)을 레이들에 직접 수탕하여 정련제를 투입하고 가스 취입관이 내장된 임펠러로 상기 용융 FeSi를 교반하면서 산화성 가스를 취입하여 외부 열원의 공급없이 FeSi중의 불순물을 산화 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 임펠러 교반법에 의한 고순도 페로 실리콘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정련제가 SiO245-70%, CaO 20-40%, MgO 5-15%, 및 CaF20-15%로 구성되고 그 입도가 10mm 이하인 것이 특징인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
