Claims (8)

  1. 탄소-부재 감압 복사지용 염료 용액을 함유하는 마이크로캡슐 A와 염료는 함유하지 않고 용매를 함유하는 마이크로캡슐 B를 포함하며 양쪽 모두 분산매에 분산되고, 또 마이크로캡슐 B는 응고 상태로 제조되며, 이 응고된 마이크로캡슐 B의 평균 입경이 마이크로캡슐 A의 평균 입경의 1.1 내지 3.5배가 되는 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 마이크로캡슐 A의 양 100중량부에 대해서 사용된 마이크로캡슐 B의 양이 1 내지 90중량부인 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 B의 평균 입경이 마이크로캡슐 A의 평균 입경보다 1.5 내지 3.0배 더 큰 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 B를 24℃ 아세톤내에 24시간 침적시킬 경우, 아세톤에 의한 이 마이크로캡슐 B의 코-아 물질 추출률이 5중량% 이하인 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 B를 100℃의 열풍에서 24시간동안 보관할 때, 이 마이크로캡슐 B의 중량 감소율이 5.0% 이하인 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 B가 코-아 물질 100중량부에 대해서 10 내지 400중량부의 벽막물질을 포함하는 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 A 및 B의 벽막물질이 수용성 양이온 우레아 수지와 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비중합체, 우레아-포름알데히드 예비중합체, 멜라민-우레아-포름알데히드 예비중합체, 티오우레아-멜라민-포름알데히드 예비중합체 및 티오우레아-멜라민-우레아-포름알데히드 예비중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 2개 이상의 예비중합체 혼합물, 또는 티오우레아-포름알데히드 예비중합체 및 멜라민-포름알데히드 예비중합체의 혼합물을 음이온성 계면활성제 존재하에서 산촉매를 사용 중축합시켜 수득된 수지를 포함하는 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 B에 함유된 용매가 알킬나프탈렌, 페닐실릴에탄, 알킬비페닐, 수소화티페닐, 염소화파라핀, 광유, 식물성기름, 프탈산에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물인 마이크로캡슐화 잉크.
