Claims (10)
- 전자기 신호 방사선의 소스,신호 방사선을 위한 전송 통로를 제 1 섬유 위치에서 제 2 섬유 위치까지 형성하는 광섬유 수단.제 1 섬유 위치에 있는 섬유와 제 2 섬유 위치에 있는 신호 방사선 응답 수단에 신호 방사선을 결합시키는 수단, 및신호 방사선을 위한 전송 통로의 적어도 일부를 형성하며 코어와 코어를 둘러싸고 있는 클레딩을 포함하는 래맨-활성 광섬유의 길이를 포함하는 신호 방사선 래맨 증폭 수단을 포함하는 장치에 있어서,적어도 래맨-활성 광섬유의 코어는 GeO2, SiO2, ASO1ㆍ5및 그들의 조합으로부터 선택된 글라스-형성 제 1 주 성분과 PbO, BiO1ㆍ5, SbO1ㆍ5TlO0ㆍ5및 그들의 조합으로부터 선택된 중금속 산화물 제 2 주성분을 포함하는 글라스로 구성되며,제 1 및 제 2 주성분은 적어도 코어의 70몰%이며,래맨-활성 광섬유에서 신호 방사선을 위한 상대적인 래맨 크르스 섹션은 적어도 15인 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 주성분은 코어의 약 25와 60몰% 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,제 2 주성분은 근본적으로 BiO1ㆍ5및 PbO 또는 SbO1ㆍ5또는 SbO1ㆍ5및 Bio1ㆍ5로 구성되는것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서,SiO2는 적어도 코어의 50몰% 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 클래딩의 70몰%가 되는 제 1 및 제 2 주성분을 포함하는 글라스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서,장치는 광섬유 통신 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서,장치는 적어도 신호 방사선의 일부를 섬유로부터 결합 해제하는 수단인 신호방사선-응답 수단과 폐쇄 루프 광섬유 전송 통로를 포함하는 광섬유 신호 저장 수단을 포함하는 정보 처리 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,정보 처리 장치는 디지탈 컴퓨터인 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 장치는 광섬유 감지기인 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,광섬유 감지기는회전 감지기, 각속도계, 스트레인 감지기, 온도계, 자력계, 압력 감지기 또는 오염 감지기 일수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 래맨-활성 광섬유를 포함하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
