Claims (7)

  1. 방향족 아민, 또는 솔비톨 또는 테트롤, 또는 그것의 혼합물에 기초한 폴리에테르-폴리올 ; 브롬 및 하이드록시 그룹을 포함하는 네오펜탄 화합물 ; 및 디에탄올 아민 및 디메틸 메탄 포스포네이트의 반응 생성물의 균일 액체 혼합물로 구성되는, 경질 폴리우레탄 거품 재료가 되게 하는 반응성 방화 제제.
  2. 방향족 아민, 또는 솔비톨 또는 테트롤, 또는 그것의 혼합물에 기초한 약 30∼40중량%의 폴리에테르-폴리올 : 브롬 및 하이드톡시 그룹을 포함하는 약 55∼65중량%의 네오펜탄 화합물 ; 및 동일몰량 디에탄올 아미노 및 디메틸 메탄포스포네이트의 약 8∼12중량% 반응 생성물의 균일 혼합물로 구성되는, 경질 폴리우레탄 거품 재료가 되게 하는 반응성 방화 제제.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 네오펜탄 화합물이 디브로모네오펜틸글리콜 또는 2-브로모메틸-2-하이드록시메틸-프로I판디올-1,3 : 2,2-비스-(브로모메틸)-프로판디올-1,3 ; 및 3-브로모-2,2-비스(브로모메틸)-프로판올-1의 혼합물인 제제.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 혼합물이 약 1∼20중량% 2-브로모메틸-2-하이드록시메 틸-프로판디올-1,3 :약 60∼85중량% 2,2-비스-(브로모메틸)-프로판디올-1,3 : 및 약 10∼20중량% 3-브로모-2,2-비스(브로모메틸)-프로판올-1로 구성되는 제제.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서, 반응 생성물이 동일몰량의 디에탄올아민 및 디메틸 메탄 포스포네이트로부터 형성되는 것인 제제.
  6. 방향족 아민, 또는 솔비톨 또는 테트롤, 또는 그것이 혼합물에 기초한 폴리에테르-폴리올을 응용 반응매체가 형성되도록 약 120∼140℃까지 가열하고 : 결과 제제의 온도를 약 120∼140℃ 유지하며 교반하면서 반응매체에 네오펜탄 화합물 및 반응 생성물을 부가하고 ; 얼마의 시간 동안 교반을 계속하는 단계로 구성되는, 제 1항에서 제 5항까지의 제제를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서 얼마의 시간이 최소한 약 30분인 방법.
