Claims (1)
- 조사가교시킨 튜브를 별도의 장치에 의해 공급되는 고온에서 강도가 크고 신율이 작은 0.03-0.1mm 두께의 폴리에스텔레이프로 감싸서 단계적으로 직경이 확장된 성형관내를 통과시키면서 성형관내에서 60-200℃의 온도를 유지하고 있는 비등점이 높고 물과의 상용성이 좋은 고급알코올로 가열하고, 튜브내부에는 0.5-6kg/cm2의 압축공기를 공급하여 가열된 튜브를 테이프내에서 요구하는 크기의 직경으로 충분히 확장시킨 후 급냉고화하고 테이프를 분리제거하므로서, 길이방향의 연신이 거의 없고 확장된 튜브의 외면과 직경이 양호한 열수축성 튜브를 연속적으로 제조할 수 있는 플라스틱 튜브의 제조방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
