Claims (7)

  1. 하강압력이 생기는 폐쇄격벽(7)에 대한 고정된 중력공급주형(1)을 구성하는 큰 치수의 알루미늄합금 박판주조용장치에 있어서, 주형은 대기압하에서 주조하는데 사용된 물질로 형성되고, 다공성물질의 마개(6)가 접촉하는 구멍을 지니고 적어도 주형의 일부에 걸쳐 내부에 구멍이 나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 큰 치수의 알루미늄 합금 박판 주조용장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성물질이 스텐레스 소결강인 것을 특징으로 하는 큰치수의 알루미늄 합금박판 주조용장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각 구멍의 직경이 20mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 큰치수의 알루미늄 합금 박판 주조용장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 주형공급위치로부터 이격되어 있는 지점에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 큰치수의 알루미늄 합금 박판 주조용장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍의 구역은 주조부품표면구역의 50%정도 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는 큰 치수의 알루미늄 합금 박판 주조용장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비교적 진공상태가 주형이 금속에 공급되는 시간에 맨처음 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 큰치수의 알루미늄 합금 박판 주조용장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 하강압력이 펌프(10)에 의해서 펌프의 작동을 조절하는 압력계(12)가 설치된 큰치수의 탱크(11)와, 밸브(13)가 설치된 도관수단과, 타이머스위치(15)에 의해 조절되는 개구인 전작동밸브(14)를 경유해서, 주형이 금속에 공급되는 시간을 감지하는 탐침(9)에 의해 방출된 신호에 연결되는 작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 큰치수의 알루미늄합금 박판주조용장치.
