제4도는 제1도에서 도시한 2행정엔진을 분해한 사시도이다.

Claims (17)

  1. (a)단일의 피스톤하우징.
    (b)전달통로.
    (c)피스톤 하우징에 있는 흡입구.
    (d)피스톤 하우징에 있는 배기구.
    (e)피스톤 하우징에 내에 위치한 피스톤.
    (f)피스톤과 일체로 되거나 움직일 수 없게 고정된 콘넥팅 로드.
    (g)피스톤 하우징에 근접하에 위치하나 피스톤 하우징과 완전히 분리된 크랭크 케이스.
    (h)크랭크 케이스 내에 있는 크랭크축.
    (i)크랭크 케이스에 있는 크랭크축의 회전을 용이하게 하기 위해서 크랭크축과 콘넥팅 로드 사이에 있는 추축의 연결수단.
    (j)크랭크 케이스 내에 위치한 전자점화장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 하우징이 피스톤 하우징의 내부를 크랭크 케이스의 내부와 완전히 분리하는 밀면벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추축의 연결수단이 콘넥팅 로드와 일체로 되거나 움직일 수 없게 부착된 마운팅 블라켓트를 포함한 것과 마운팅브라켓트 내에서 왕복운동하기 위하여 미끄러질 수 있게 설치된 미끄럼 블록이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 마운팅 브라켓트가 크랭크축과 일체로 되거나 움직일 수 없도록 고정된 크랭크핀을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  5. 제1항 또는 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 자석이 전자 점화장치를 스쳐 지나갈 때 연소실에 있는 공기와 연료의 혼합체가 점화될 수 있도록 크랭크축에 자석이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  6. 제1항에서 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전자 점화장치가 크랭크 케이스의 내부 표면에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  7. 제1항에서 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 피스톤이 상사점(TDC)에 도달하기 전의 위치 또는 도달후의 위치에서 공기와 연료의 혼합체를 점화시킬 수 있도록 전자 점화장치 크랭크 케이스내에서 조절될 수 있도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상사점에 도달사 하기전에 위치가 상사점(TDC) 전(前)35°까지의 범위이고 상사점에 도달한 후의 위치가 상사점(TDC) 후(後)5°까지의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 피스톤이 상사점(TDC)에 도달하기 전의 위치 또는 도달후의 위치에서 공기와 연료의 홉합체를 점화시킬 수 있도록 전자점화장치가 선택적으로 회전될 수 있는 마운팅 부재에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  10. 제1항에서 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 엔진을 좀 더 쉽게 시동할 수 있도록 피스톤 상부에 감압밸브가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 감압밸브가 개방상태에 있을 때 공기와 연료의 혼합체가 피스톤 상부의 연소실로부터 밸브공을 통하여 피스톤 하부의 연소실로 빠져나갈 수 있도록, 감압밸브가 피스톤내에 있는 밸브공에서 움직일 수 있는 밸브부재를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 밸브공의 측면에 상기혼합체가 흐를 수 있는 배출구가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 밸브부재가 압력스프링 및 다른 탄성체에 의해서 개방상태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 밸브공의 측면에 진공구가 포함되어 있어서 감압밸브가 진공에 의해서 닫히도록 된 것과 상기 밸브부재가 그 하부에 피스톤이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  15. 제10항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 밸브부재가 밸브공에 있는 하나 또는 그 이상의 안내 부재와 접촉하는 베어링에 적합하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 안내부재에 하나 또는 그 이상의 통로가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 2행정 엔진.
  17. 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 명세서에 기술되어 있는 2행정 엔진.
