제 3도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하기 위한 설명적인 흐름도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 다음으로 구성되는 디이젤연료제조용 연속방법
    (a)콘라즌(Conradson) 탄소함량이 2중량% 이하이고 비등점이 주로 345℃ 이상인 버어진(virgin) 탄화수소오일을 개시분해조건까지 가열하고, 생성되는 가열된 오일을 증기대역과 액체대역을 가지며, 온도가 385℃ 내지 440℃이고 증기대역압력이 1.38 내지 3.84kg/㎠ abs.인 후교반되는 소우킹대역에 도입시키고,
    (b)액체부는 새로 공급되는 원료에 기분하여 1 내지 4시간에 상당하는 평균체류시간동안 소우킹대역내에 유지하고, 오버헤드(overhead) 증기부는 1분 이하의 체류시간동안 소우킹대역내에 유지하면서, 수소를 첨가함이 없이 액체대역내의 상기 가열된 오일을 디이젤이 풍부한 오버헤드 증기부와 중질유액체부로 분해시키고,
    (c)디이젤이 풍부한 오버헤드 증기부의 전부를 분별(fractionation)대역의 중간점에 도입시키고,
    (d)분별대역으로부터 디이젤범위 연료생성물을 회수하고,
    (e)소우킹대역으로부터 중질유 액체부를 회수한다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 소우킹대역으로부터 회수되는 중질유 액체부를 분별대역의 중간점 미만의 지점에서 분별대역에 직접 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 연료 제조용 연속방법.
  3. 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 소우킹대역으로부터 회수되는 중질유액체부의 적어도 대부분을 개솔린제조용 촉매 분해단위로 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 연료 제조용 연속방법.
  4. 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 비등점이 345℃이상인 재순환류를 분별대역으로부터 회수하여 소우킹대역에 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 연료 제조용 연속방법.
  5. 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 소우킹대역내 탄화수소 부분압력이 소우킹대역에 스트리핑스팀을 도입시킴으로써 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 연료 제조용 연속방법.
  6. 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 버어진 탄화수소 오일은 비등점이 주로 345℃내지 565℃인 진공개스오일임을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 연료 제조용 연속방법.
