제 1 도는 조단백으로부터 B형 간염바이러스의 표면 항원 정제결과에 관한 것으로 B형 간염바이러스표면 항원의 겔크마토그라피를 이용한 정제방법의 용리형태를 나타내는 그래프이고,
제 3 도는 모노클로날 항체의 정제 결과에 관한 것으로 이온교환수지를 이용한 복수액내의 항체 정제에 있어서의 용리 형태를 나타내는 그래프이고,
Claims (2)
- B형 간염바이러스의 표면항원(ad 및 ay형)중 프리에스(pre-s) 부위에 대한 모노클로날항체의 제조에 있어서, 전기 영동법에 의해 얻어진 프리에스 밴드를 겔로부터 용출시키고 용출된 프리에스 단백질을 쥐에 감작시킨 다음, 공지의 방법으로 하이브리도마를 생산하고 이들중 프리에스 부위에 특이한 반응을 나타내는 클론을 공지의 임뮤노블러팅 기술, 효소 면역 측정법(EIA)을 이용하여 프리에스 부위에 대한 모노 클로날 항체를 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노 클로날항체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, B형 간염바이러스 표면 항원으로 쥐를 감작시킬 때 정제된 ad, ay형 표면 항원의 조합을 ad로 1차 감작시키고 ay로 2차 감작시키거나, ay로 1차 감작시키고 ad로 2차 감작시키거나, ad로 1차, 2차 감작시키거나 ay로 1차, 2차 감작시켜서 서브타입 ad, ay 또는 ad 및 ay 공통에 대해 특이성을 갖는 항체 생산 세포를 취득함을 특징으로 하는 모노클로날 항체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
