Claims (2)

  1. 원추의 소단부에 위치한 제 1 단부와 원추의 대단부에 위치한 제 2 단부의 양단부상에 외측 나사를 갖는 경사진 핀 볼트와, 핀 볼트와 협력하고, 동일한 원추형상이며, 플랜지에 형성된 구멍내로 연장되는 팽창 슬리브로 두 개의 플린지된 샤프트의 단부와 단부를 연결시키는 방법에 있어서,
    (1) 각각의 핀 볼트와 그 슬리브를 함께 플랜지의 대응 구멍에 삽입하고,
    (2) 너트를 경사부의 소단부에 최근 접한 핀 볼트의 제 1 단부에 나사 조이고,
    (3) 유압 또는 공기 실린더로 견인력을 핀의 제 2 단부에 가하여 제 1 단부상의 너트를 대응 플랜지에 대해 지지시키며,
    (4) 핀의 제 2 단부에 대한 견인력을 유지시키면서 너트를 제 2 단부에 나사 조여서 대응 플랜지에 대해 압착시킨 다음,
    (5) 슬리브를 제 2 단부를 향하여 되밀고 실린더의 작용을 해제하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두개의 플랜지 샤프트 단부의 연결 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치에 있어서,
    경사진 핀 볼트와, 내부에 핀과 동일한 원추를 가지며 외부는 실린더 형상인 팽창성 원추 슬리브를 포함하는데, 핀 볼트에는 너트와 각 단부에서의 견인 파지부가 제공되어 있고, 원추의 소단부 근처의 핀 볼트 단부상의 너트와 슬리브 사이에는 슬리브에 대해 지지되며 또 너트를 가로지르는 나사에 의해 슬리브로 압박되는 이격재가 설치되어 있으며, 슬리브는 길이방향으로 슬리팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 두개의 플랜지 샤프트 단부의 연결장치.
