Claims (8)

1) 하기식 :
R3SiCl, R2SiCl2, R4Si2Cl2, R5Si2Cl
[식중, R은 수소원자 및 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택됨]을 갖는 실란 또는 디실란으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 생성물을 암모니아 또는 하나이상의 NH2기를 갖는 유기화합물과 반응시키고, 생성되는 아민 클로라이드를 제거한다; 2) 상기 1)에서 수득한 아미노 분해물을 분자당 평균 3이상의 염소원자를 함유하며 유기라디칼이 단계 1)의 라디칼 R과 동일의미를 갖는 유기클로로실란, 유기클로로디실란, 유기클로로폴리실라잔 및 유기클로로폴리디실릴실라잔으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 유기클로로실리콘 화합물과 반응시키고, 수득되는 망상 중합체를 암모니아 또는 하나이상의 NH2기를 함유하는 유기화합물로 처리하고 생성되는 아민 클로라이드를 제거한다.
제1항에 있어서, 단계 2)를 3차 아민 존재하에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 단계 2)를 용매없이 또는 용액중에서 0∼160℃의 온도에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸, 비닐 및 페닐 라디칼로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 단계 1)의 유기클로로실란 또는 유기클로로디실란 1몰에 대하여 단계 2)의 유기클로로실리콘 화합물을 0.01∼5몰 만큼 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 단계 1)에서 R2SiCl2및 R4Si2Cl2로부터 선택되는 실란을 사용하며, 단계 1)과 2)의 사이에 단계 1)에서 수득된 아미노 분해물을 촉매 유효량의 적절한 촉매로써 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제6항에 있어서, 중합이 HClO4및 CF3SO3H로부터 선택되는 산 촉매의 존재하에 용매없이 또는 유기 용매중에서 균일 중합으로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제7항에 있어서, 사용되는 산의 함량이 출발 암모니아 분해물의 중량에 대하여 1∼10,000ppm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
