제1도는 렌즈가 내장된 역반사성 시이팅을 제공하기 위하여 역반사 기층물질에 대해 투명한 다층 커버필름을 적용한 것을 나타내는 횡단면도이다.
제2도는 또 다른 렌즈가 내장된 역반사성 시이팅을 제공하기 위하여 다른 형태의 역반사 기층물질에 대하여 투명한 다층 커버필름을 적용한 것을 나타내는 횡단면도이다.
제3도는 투명한 다층 커버필름을 갖는 렌즈가 캡슐화된 역반사성 시이팅을 나타내는 횡단면도이다.
Claims (15)
- 커버필름이 다층 필름이며, 외층은 메틸메타크릴레이트와 또 다른 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트를 비롯한 모노머의 아크릴 공중합체를 포함하며, 그것의 알킬 또는 아르알킬기는 8개까지의 탄소원자를 포함하며, 메틸메타크릴레이트는 20 내지 90중량 퍼센트의 모노머를 포함하며 내층은 열가소성 지방족 우레탄 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 평면의 투명커버필름을 가지는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 모노머가 에틸 아크릴레이트, n-부틸아크릴레이트와 n-부틸 메타크릴레이트중에서 적어도 하나를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제2항에 있어서, 그 아크릴 외층이 60 내지 80부의 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 40 내지 20부의 에틸 아크릴레이트 n-부틸아크릴레이트와 n-부틸메타크릴레이트중의 적어도 하나의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 내층의 우레탄층의 두께가 외층의 아크릴층보다 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 아크릴 외층의 두께가 5 내지 40 마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 내층의 우레탄층이 약 200마이크로미터 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 내층 및 외층이 공압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 그 커버 필름의 신장도가 적어도 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 내장-렌즈 형태가 결합제층을 포함하며, 이것의 전체 부분에 대하여 우레탄 내층이 밀봉됨을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 캡슐화된 렌즈 형태가 결합제층을 포함하는데, 이것의 내부 우레탄층이 상호접촉 라인의 네트워크를 따라 봉해져서 미소구가 캡슐화되고 공기 접촉영역을 갖는 많은 용접 밀봉 셀을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 커버 필름하부에서 그 필름에 결합된 우레탄-기층을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
- 적어도 두개층을 공압출시키며, 그 하나의 층은 메타크릴레이트와 또 다른 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트를 비롯한 모노머의 아크릴 공중합체이며, 이것의 알킬 또는 아르알킬기는 8개까지의 탄소원자를 포함하며, 다른 하나의 층은 열가소성 지방족 우레탄 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 역반사성 시이팅용의 투명한 커버 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 240마이크로미터 이하로 그 두께를 줄이기 위해 압출된 혼성체를 신장시키는 연속단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제12 또는 13항에 있어서, 역반사성 기층 물질의 최상부 표면에 그 신장혼성체의 우레탄층을 결합시키는 연속단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 고온에서 예비성형된 필름을 라미네이팅하며, 하나의 필름은 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 또 다른 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트를 비롯한 모노머의 아크릴 공중합체를 포함하며, 그것의 알킬 또는 아르알킬기가 8개까지의 탄소원자를 포함하며, 또 다른 필름은 열가소성 지방족 우레탄 중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅용의 투명한 커버필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
