Claims (6)
- 용융상태에 있는 열가소성물질이 토출오리피스(9)를 통하여 드럼상원림링(5)의 내부에서 방사방향으로 사출된 다음 고온 및 고속하에 가스류(10)에 의해 연신되어 용융물질의 종모양 베일(bell-like veil)(11)을 형성하는 방식으로, 열가소성 물질 특히 글래스섬유로 섬유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 표면측면 상에 원심링(5)의 주연벽(8)로부터 나오는 방사선 방출을 가스류(10)의 제어회로내의 실제값으로서 공정제어를 위하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 원심링(5)의 주연벽(8)보다 더 낮은 높이에 있는 적어도 하나의 측정스폿으로 방사선 방출을 검출함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 측정스폿이 주연벽(8)의 상부에서 전후로 일정하게 이동함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1 항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 원심링(5)의 확인온도를 공기량 또는 가스량을 제어하는 조정변수로서 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 가스-공기혼합물의 연소에 의해 가스류(10)를 발생시키는 방법
- 원심링(5)외에도, 원심링(5)의 주연벽(8)대역을 일정하게 주사하는 적어도 하나의 정지된 방사선 고온계(17)이 있으며, 이의 최대 선택도는 바람직하게는 0.6 내지 1.1㎛부근의 적외선 범위내에 존재함을 특징으로하는 제 1 항 내지 4항 중 어느 하나에 따른 방법을 수행하는 장치
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 방사선 고온계(17)이 피봇렌즈시스템(22)와 최대값 메모리를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
