본 고안은 합성수지 창문틀을 형성함에 있어 창문틀의 내공간의 형태 및 내공간부가 형성되지 않는 연설부에 까지 금속재 골격이 매설되도록 일체로 압출 성형하여 내구성과 방음 및 방열의 효과를 양호하게 한 합성수지 창틀을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
종래의 창문틀은 철재나 알루미늄 따위의 금속 또는 합성수지 등의 단일재질로 형성 하였던 것으로 철재는 녹이 슬어 못쓰며 알루미늄 재질 만으로 된 것은 두께가 두꺼워야 튼튼할 뿐만 아니라 어느 정도의 방음장치를 할 수 있는 것이어서 가격이 비싸게 들며 합성수지로만 된 것은 가격이 저렴하고 방음효과는 있으나, 내구성과 내열성이 약한 결점이 있는 것이었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점들을 시정하고자 금속재는 창문틀의 골격 위주로 하고 합성수지는 방음 및 부식 방지의 효과를 얻도록 금속재와 합성수지를 적절하게 이용하여 창문틀을 형성하게 된 것으로 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
다양한 모양으로 제작되는 합성수지 창틀(1)의 내부공간부와 살이 두터운 연결부(2)내에 금속재 주골격부(3)와 보조 골격부(4)가 매립되도록 일체로 압출 하여서 된 것이다.
도면 중 미설부호 5는 유리창이며, 6은 유리한창(5) 고정구이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 창틀을 형성할때 합성수지 창틀(1)을 성형하는 압출기(도시되지 않았음)에 금속재 주골격부(3)와 보조 골격부(4)를 압출하는 압출기를 부설하여 합성수지창틀(1)과 금속재 주골격부(3) 및 보조 골격부(4)를 함께 압출 성형시키는 것이어서 종래 금속으로 된 것보다는 저렴하고 부식성이 없으며 방음효과가 양호하게 설치되는 것이고, 합성수지로만 된 것 보다는 내구성이 강하여 오래 사용하여도 창문틀이 변형이 되지 않고 방열의 효과가 뚜렷한 것이며, 또한 종래 합성수지로 된 창문틀의 내공간부 일부에 별도로 제작되는 형재를 끼워 넣은 것 보다는 제작이 용이하여 경제적으로 생산이 가능한 작용 효과를 나타내는 것이다.

  1. 통상의 합성수지 창틀(1)의 내공간부와 살이 두터운 연결부 내에 금속재 주골격부(3)와 보조골격부(4)가 매립되도록 일체로 압출 성형하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한 합성수지 창틀.
