Claims (4)

  1. 상. 하면이 다각형이고 이 상. 하면상의 각각에 대응하는 한쌍의 변이 서로 3차원적으로 평행하지 않는 절첩식 용기와, 대향변이 각 모서리부를 이루는 상면부와 이 상면부의 각 대응 모서리로부터 동일한 기울기로 뻗어 일체로 제공된 두 측면부와 대향변이 각 모서리부를 이루는 두 측변 사이에 뻗어 있는 하면부로 이루어진 밀봉밴드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉밴드가 부착된 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절첩식 용기는 단일의 절첩식 판재, 이 판재의 중앙에 거의 정다각형상으로 형성된 저판부로 구성되어 있으며, 이 저판부의 각 측변에는 안쪽 절곡선이 있고, 이 저판부의 각 변에서 뻗어 있는 반경방향 안쪽 절곡선에는 반경방향선이 형성된 각 동일 중앙점을 연결하는 중간 절곡선이 마련되어 있고, 저판부의 각 정점과 상기 중간 절곡선 사이에는 반경 방향선에 대하여 정수각 γ만큼 경사진 제1바깥쪽 절곡주름선이 형성되어 있고, 이 판의 외측 모서리와 각 제1주름선과 중간절곡선의 각 교차점 사이에는 반경방향선에 대하여 각 γ이상의 각만큼 제1주름선과 같은 방향을 향하여 경사진 제2바깥쪽 절곡주름선이 형성되어 있고, 상기 중간선은 잔여부에서 바깥쪽 절곡이 이루어지고 각 α에 포함된 부분에서 안쪽 절곡이 이루어지며; 상기 판재는 소정의 방향으로 상기 각 절곡선을 따라 절곡되어 저판부와 상면 모서리사이의 주름진 측벽부를 형성하고 상기 중간선 외측 부분에서 겹쳐지게 되어 리드부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉밴드가 부착된 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간절곡선 및 제2바깥쪽 절곡주름선이 관통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉밴드가 부착된 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 상. 하면이 짝수변을 가진 정다각형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉밴드가 부착된 용기.
