본 고안은 숟가락 제조과정에서 그 잎부분만을 다시 절단할 때 사용되는 숟가락 생지 절단장치에 관한 것으로 숟가락 제조과정을 살펴보면 일정 두께의 원판을 숟가락 자루 너비에 맞추어 일차 절단한 후 그 일측을 압연하여 숟가락의 잎부분을 형성한 다음 자루부분은 그대로 두고 그 잎부분만을 다시 금형으로 절단하게 되는데 이때 잎의 외주에서 떨어져 나아가는 설재의 하측 양 끝의 샤가(Shearing angle)이 예리하게 되며 이 뾰족하고 폭이 좁은 부분을 절단하다 보면 그 부분의 암수금형 마모가 특히 심하게 되므로 이로 인하여 설재의 예리한 하단 양끝 부분이 정확하게 모두 절단되지 아니하고 그 일부가 숟가락의 잎과 자루의 경계부분에 붙어서 불필요한 돌기(burr: 이바리)를 형성하기 때문에 이를 다시 가공하여야 하는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a spoon dough cutting device that is used to cut only the leaf part of the spoon manufacturing process.
