[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to improvements in scissors, photo cutters, vibrating electric lawn mowers with clipper-like teeth, and other cutting instruments that cut objects by intersecting two blades. be. Traditionally, most cutting tools have been made of metal, but in recent years, products made of ceramic, which has been attracting attention as a new material, have also begun to appear on the market. Ceramic is a non-magnetic material and has excellent wear resistance, but has the disadvantage of being less flexible than metal.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a cutting tool that combines the advantages of metal and ceramic.

次にこの発明の構成を図面に則して説明する。Next, the configuration of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

This invention is used in a cutting tool in which two blade bodies intersect to perform a cutting action, but here, the case where the invention is used in scissors will be mainly explained. FIG. 1 is a plan view of the scissors. One of the two blade bodies 1 and 2 of the scissors is made of ceramic, and the other blade 2 is made of iron as before.

The blade body 1 made of ceramic does not need to be made entirely of ceramic, as long as at least the blade edge 3 is made of ceramic, and the other parts may be made of iron. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional end view taken along the line A--A in FIG. 1. The inner surface of the ceramic blade 1 is flat, but the inner surface of the iron blade 2 is slightly concave. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the scissors. When scissors cut something by crossing the two blades 1 and 2, the two blades 1 and 2 are designed so that an equally sharp cutting ability can be obtained anywhere from the base of the cutting point to the tip. It has a structure in which lateral pressure is applied to each other at the point of contact between the blade edges 3 and 4, that is, at the cutting point, in order to push the other blade. In order for the two blade bodies 1 and 2 to apply lateral pressure to each other, when the scissors are viewed from above as shown in Figure 3, the blade body 2 must cross inward from the base to the tip. There is. This is generally called a "twist." This "twist" is only effective if the blade itself has a certain degree of elasticity. Conventional metal iron was suitable as a material because the metal itself does not "twist" and has a certain degree of elasticity. However, mink has the disadvantage that "twisting" does not work effectively because it has almost no elasticity. Therefore, in this invention, one blade body 1 is made of ceramic and the other blade body 2 is made of iron, so that wear resistance can be obtained from the ceramic blade body work, and " You can obtain the elasticity necessary for "twisting". In addition, ceramic is harder than iron, so during repeated cutting, the edge 3 of the ceramic blade 1 wears out the edge 4 of the iron blade 2, forming a blade edge, resulting in sharpness. It also has the effect of not falling off. As stated at the beginning of the detailed description of the invention, the above configuration can also be applied to a photo cutter and a vibrating electric lawn mower having a blade like a clipper.
