Claims (3)
- 자동스프레이건에 있어서, 상기 스프레이건의 선단에 제공되는 액체분무장치: 상기 분무장치로부터 분출되는 액체의 양을 제어하기에 적합한 니들 밸브: 상기 니들밸브의 후단에 고정되고 실린더에 수용되어서 압축공기에 의해 가동되어지는 에어 피스톤: 상기 스프레이건과 그 스프레이건 전방에 위치되어 있어 분사되어질 대방물 사이의 거리를 판단하는 거리 측정장치: 상기 거리측정장치로부터 전달된 ON-OFF신호에 응답하여 작동되며 압축공기 공급원으로터 상기 실린더로 연장하는 공기통로에 배치되어 있는 솔레노이드 밸브로 구성되며, 상기 니들밸브는 상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 조절하는 것에 의해서 선택적으로 개방되고 폐쇄되어서 분사작업을 자동으로 시작하고 종료시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동스프레이건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어피스톤은 상기 니들밸브가 상기 분무장치를 페쇄하는 방향으로 스프링에 의해서 편향되어지며, 상기 공기통로는 상기 실린더에 연결되어 상기 공기통로를 통해 공급되는 압축공기가 상기 스프링에 의해 걸리는 편향력에 반대방향으로 상기 피스톤을 압박하게 되며, 또한 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 상기 공기통로를 폐쇄하는 위치와 상기 공기통로를 개방하는 위치를 선택적으로 취하기에 적합하게 된것을 특징으로 하는 자동스프레이건.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분무장치는 에어노즐을 가져서 상기 공기통로가 상기 에어노즐과 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 스프레이건.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
