Claims (12)

  1. 디스크 형태의 경도 높은 물질로 만들고, 대향 표면들이 평평하고 평행하며, 이 평평한 각 표면에 나선형의 흠이 형성되어 한쪽 표면에 있는 나선형 흠의 방향은 다른쪽면에 있는 홈의 방향에 반대되며, 상기표면들 중 최소한 하나의 중앙에는 요부가 형성되 있는 하나의 나선형 요소: 디스크 형태의 경도 높은 물질로 만들고 이 평평한 표면의 중앙에는 요부가 있어서, 상기 나선형 요소상의 요부와 맞게끔 평면들을 짝지우면 하나의 작은 공간을 형성하게끔 만들어진 하나의 접동 표면요소: 상기 요부의 결합에 의해 형성된 상기 작은 공간내에 위치하며, 그 규격이 상기 작은 공간내에 헐겁게 수용될 수 있도록 되어 두 평면은 밀접하게 짝지울 수 있도록 하는 하나의 코어부재 등으로 구성된 쓰러스트베어링.
  2. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 상기 경도 높은 물질은 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  3. 청구범위 2에 있어서, 상기 세라믹은 실리콘 카바이드나 실리콘 니트라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링
  4. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 상기 코어부재는 구형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  5. 청구범위 4에 있어서, 상기 요부는 반 구형체의 모양으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  6. 청구범위 4에 있어서, 상기 요부는 콘형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  7. 청구범위 4에 있어서, 상기 요부는 실린더 형의 막힌 구멍으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  8. 디스크 형태의 경도높은 물질로 만들어지고, 평평하고 평행하는 대향 표면들의 중앙에는 중앙요부를 구비하며 상기 각 평평한 표면에는 나선형 홈이 형성되 있어, 두 표면중 하나에 있어서의 나선방향은 반대편 표면의 나선방향과 반대되게 만들어진 여러개의 나선형 요소 : 경도 높은 물질로 만들어지고 평평하고 평행하는 표면을 구비하며 대향 표면들의 중앙에는 요부를 구비하는 접동표면요소로서, 이 접동 표면요소와 상기 나선형 요소들은 축방향으로 각각 교대로 적층되어, 평평한 표면을 가진 상기 각 상이한 요소들이 서로 짝 맞추어 질 때 이 상이한 요소들 사이의 각 인터페이스에는 상기 중앙 요부들에 의해 작은 공간이 형성되게끔 만들어진 여러개의 접동 표면요소: 상기 작은 공간들 내에 수용되며 이 공간들의 벽과 간격을 유지하며 대향하는 표면들이 원심방향으로 상대적 이동을 방지하게 하는 여러개의 구형체 등으로 구성된 쓰러스트 베어링.
  9. 청구범위 8에 있어서, 상기 구형체가 상기 작은 공간들중 하나에 있어서는 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  10. 청구범위 8에 있어서, 상기 적층된 요소들의 축방향 양쪽 끝 표면에는 요부가 구비되지 않고 완전히 평평한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  11. 청구범위 8에 있어서, 상기 경도 높은 물질은 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
  12. 청구범위 11에 있어서, 상기 세라믹은 실리콘 카바이드 또는 실리콘 니트라이드인 것을 특징으로하는 쓰러스트 베어링.
