Claims (11)

  1. 2. 평탄한 판상금속스트립과 주름진 판상금속스트립의 교번층을 감아서 브랭크를 형성하고, 그 브랭크를 재킷튜브안으로 삽입하며, 그 브랭크의 개개의 감은 것은 각각의 예정가능한 길이를 가지는 개개의 평탄한 판상금속스트립과 주름진 판상금속스트립으로 구성되고 : 예정된 재킷튜브단면적을 채우기 위하여 필요한 길이에 따라서 개개의 감은 것이 길이를 결정하며, 한면에 단단하게 감기고 그 나머지 구연에서 다양한 느슨함을 이루며 감기는 대략 달걀모양의 브랭크를 만들기 위하여 개개의 감은 것을 미리 적어도 브랭크의 한면에 고착하며 : 견고하게 감긴면이 재킷튜브의 가능한 가장 큰 내접원이 재킷튜브에 맞닿는 재킷튜브단면적의 구역에 위치하도록 브랭크를 재킷튜브안으로 삽입하는 것으로 구성되는 금속배기가스촉매운반체 몸체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재킷튜브의 단면적이 적어도 하나의 조여진 부분을 가지거나, 특히 복잡한 기하학적 형상을 가지고, 그 기하학적 형상은 단면적을 비교적 간단한 형상의 면적으로 세부하여, 이 더 간단한 단면적을 위한 브랭크를 형성하며, 이렇게 형성된 브랭크를 연속적으로 또는 한번에 재킷튜브안으로 삽입하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 브랭크의 개개의 감음이 견고하게 감긴 나선형상에 필요한 것보다 더 길기 때문에, 브랭크의 개개의 감음은 이상적으로 견고하게 감긴진 나선형상으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 벗어나며 : 브랭크의 연속감음이 브랭크의 한면에 고착되어 특히 점용접되어서 브랭크의 한면이 견고하게 감기고, 브랭크의 나머지구역이 적어도 부분적으로 느슨하게 감기는 것을 특징으로하는, 평탄한 판상금속스트립과 주름진 판상금속스트립을 감아서 만든 금속 배기가스촉매운반체몸체를 제조하기 위한 브랭크.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 평탄한 스트립이 각각 개개의 감김의 바깥면에 항상있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브랭크.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 평탄한 스트립이 각각 개개의 감김의 안쪽면에 항상 있는 것을 특징으로하는 브랭크.
  6. 금속감김배기가스촉매운반체몸체는 재킷튜브에 의하여 둘러싸인 평탄한 판상금속스트립과 주름진 판상금속스트립의 감긴 교변층으로 구성되고, 재킷튜브는 기하학적으로 복잡한 단면을 가지며 : 배기가스촉매운반체몸체가 바깥면으로부터 안쪽으로 견고하게 감겼던것과 같은 방법으로 평탄한 판상금속스트립과 주름진 판상금속스트립으로부터 감아서 만든 배기가스촉매운반체 몸체가 재킷튜브의 단면을 채우며 : 감음은 단면내에 내접될 수 있는 가장 큰 원의 중심부근에 배치된 중심을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속감긴배기가스촉매운반체몸체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 재킷튜브에 의하여 예정된 단면적이 평탄한 판상금속과 주름진 판상금속으로 채워진 더 간단한 형상의 서브에어리어로 세분되는 것을 특징으로하는 금속감긴배기가스 촉매운반체 몸체.
  8. 평탄한 판상금속스트립을 위한 공급리일, 공급리일중의 하나의 평탄한 판상금속스트립을 사용하여 주름을 만들기 위한 주름형성장치, 감음장치, 디플렉션로울러를 가지는 판상금속스트립을 위한 공급장치 상기 공급장치는 스트립의 다양한 길이의 감음부분을 상기 감음장치에 공급을 위한 수단을 포함하다-개개의 감음을 서로서로 미리 점고착을 위한 수단으로 이루어진 제3항에 따른 브랭크 제작장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 감김부분을 공급을 위한 상기수단이 이음매 및 그리핑 또는 자기헤드를 가지는 테레스코프 암으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 점고착수단이 그리핑 또는 자기헤드로 완전하게되는 점용접장치인 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  11. 감음장치를 조절을 위한 프로그램조절 유니트와 스트립의 다양한 길이의 감음부분을 공급하기 위한 상기수단을 포함하는 제8항에 따른 장치.
