Claims (4)

  1. 밀폐부품을 유지하는 밀봉착부품 누름지그에 있어서, 적어도 밀폐부품과 접촉하는 부위가 질화규소, 질화알루미늄, 사이아론, 또는 탄화규소로 된 비 산화물계세라믹스를 주성분으로 포함하는 소결체로된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐부품 누름지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 질화규소가 희토류 산화뭍을 10중량%, 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐부품 누름지그.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀폐부품이 철합금으로 되어있고 이것을 유리에 묻어 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐부품 누름지그.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀폐부품이 브라운관용 패널핀인것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐부품 누름지그.
