Claims (10)
- (A) (1) 일반식 M(OR)4의 알콕사이드, R은 C1으로부터 C4까지 알킬기이고 M은 실리콘, 티타늄 또는 그것의 혼합물. (2) 붕소 및 M을 포함하는 혼성 중합체의 수성용액을 생성하기 위해서, 산화붕소, 붕산, 또는 그것의 혼합물, 즉(1)을 (2)와 반응하는 것; (B) 상기 혼성중합체를 침전하고 교차 결합하기 위해서 상기 용액에 물을 첨가하는 것; (C) 상기 용액으로부터 알코올과 물을 분리시키는 것; (D) 상기 유리를 생성하기 위해서 상기 혼성중합체를 융해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침전된 혼성중합체는 물과 알코올을 증발하기 위해서 열에 의해서 용액으로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 핵폐물은 물을 증발시키기 전에 용액과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알코올은 메탄올이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 알콕사이드는 MX4를 알코올과 반응하는 것에 의해서 생성되고, X는 할로겐 화합물이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, MX4는 테트라클로라이드화 실리콘이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 (A),(B),(C) 단계는 동일 콘테이너 내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 제조하는 방법.
- 테트라 메톡사이드화 실리콘을 생성하기 위해서 테트라 콜로라이드화 실리콘을 화학량론을 초과하여 10에서 100몰%가 되는 메탄올과 반응하는 것; 메톡사이드화 실리콘-붕소 혼성 중합체의 메탄올 용액을 생성하기 위해서 상기 테트라 메톡사이드화 실리콘을 화학량론의 약 ±20몰%가 되는 산화 붕소와 동일 반응용기 내에서 반응하는 것; 40에서 60중량%를 가지는 슬러리를 생성하는 상기 혼성 중합체를 교차 결합하고 침전하도록 상기 맑은 용액에 물을 첨천가하는 것; 상기 메탄올을 증발하기 위해서 상기 슬러리를 가열하는 것; 상기 슬러리 내에서 10에서 50중량%로 구성되는 핵 폐물을 상기 슬러리에 첨가하는 것; 상기 유리를 생성하는 상기 혼성 중합체를 융해하고 상기 물을 증발하기 위해서 상기 슬러리를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 핵 폐물을 부동시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산화붕소량은 약 ±5몰%의 화학량론이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 핵폐물을 부동시키는 방법.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 슬러리는 메탄올을 증발하기 위해서 물의 비등점까지 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 핵 폐물을 부동시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
