본 고안은 온수보일러에 있어서 배기가스가 회류하여 배출될때 생기는 물을 용이하게 제거할 수 있게 한 온수 보일러에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a hot water boiler that can easily remove the water generated when the exhaust gas is discharged in the hot water boiler.
종래의 온수보일러는 배기가스가 회류하면서 배출될때 물이 생기어 고이기 때문에 보일러가 쉽게 부식되는 결점이 있었다. 본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 고안한 것으로서 연탄이 연소되면서 배출되는 배기가스가 회류하도록 설치한 회류판에 배기가스에서 발생된 물이 빠지도록 통공을 형성하여 줌으로써 회류판에 물이 고이지 않게 되어 회류판이 부식되는 것을 방지하고 또한 회류판의 통공을 통하여 밑에 고인물은 콕크을 통하여 배출되도록 함으로써 보일러가 부식되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 한 것이다.The conventional hot water boiler has a drawback that the boiler is easily corroded because water is generated when the exhaust gas is discharged while recirculating.
