Claims (1)

  1. 미끄럽지 않은 표면을 지닌 드럼 방향으로 작업재료의 롤에 압력이 직접 가해져서, 절단기의 양쪽으로 팽팽하게 당겨진 재료를 꿰뚫도록 재료를 당겨 드럼이 회전될 때 드럼으로부터 돌출하며 드럼과 연합된 톱날형 절단장치에 의해, 장치로부터 돌출한 재료의 웹(web)을 수동으로 당김으로써 웨브가 자동적으로 드럼직경과 같은 길이로 분배되고 절단되는 유형의 절단장치에 있어서, 작업 재료의 롤이 바로 놓이고 또한 케이싱(casing:1)의 전ㆍ후방벽(1a,1b)들에 대하여 회전하는 실린더(16)에 윤활 베어링들을 통하여 놓이며 상기 전ㆍ후방벽(1a,1b)들 사이에서 자유로이 회전할 수 있게 옆으로 설치된 절단 수단(4)이 합체된 구동드럼(3), 당겨질 웨브 자유단이 드럼에 감겨지고 케이싱의 관통 구멍(1e)과 2개의 공전 롤러(14,15)들 사이로 빠져나간 다음에 장치 밑으로부터 삐져나오며, 비워진 재료의 롤의 중량에 민감하며 상기 롤이 드럼과 회전실린더 사이를 지나갈 수 있을 때 매거진(magazin:30)에 수용되도록 피보트되고 그때까지 장치의 상부에 보지된 새로운 롤의 장소로의 자동투입을 제어하는 장치(18), 절단뒤에 드럼을 정지시키고 대기 위치로 되돌리기 위하여 케이싱의 전방벽과 후방벽중 하나와 교대로 협동하도록 드럼을 가로지르는 프로필(profile)된 성분(18)을 특징으로 하는, 롤에 감겨진 재료를 동시에 분배하고 절단하며 작업롤을 자동교체하는 장치.
