Claims (2)

  1. 커피, 설탕 및 분말커피크림을 혼합하여 냉수용해성 제품을 제조함에 있어서, 30~60메쉬의 크기로 분쇄한 과립커피 5~30%, 100~200메쉬의 크기로 분쇄한 설탕 0~80% 및 냉수용해성 분말커피크림 0~50%를 균일하게 혼합하여서 되는 냉수용해성 커피혼합물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 청구 범위에 있어서, 균일하게 혼합한 후 과립기에서 20~30메쉬의 크기로 과립화시켜서 되는 냉수용해성 커피 혼합물의 제조방법.
