제1도의 극판군을 외피내에 밀폐한 본 발명에서의 밀폐형축전지의 일부를 파단한 사시도이다.

(1) : 정극판, (2) : 부극판, (3) : 분리기, (5) : 정극단자편, (7) : 부극단자편, (8) : 극판군, (9) : 외피, (10) : 안전밸브, (11) : 봉지부, (12) : 가스배출경로, (13) : 열용착부, (14) : 클립.
Claims (5)
- 정극판, 부극판 및 이 양극판을 격리하는 분리기로 이루어지는 극판군과, 상기 극판군에 유지된 전해액과, 내전해액성이고 열용착성이 있는 합성수지 필름 또는 시이트로된 외 피와이 외피의 극판군주위를 에워싼 부분에 형성한 봉지부와, 봉지부를 통해서 외부에 뻗어나온 1쌍의 단자편과, 봉지부의 일부에 형성한 안전밸브로 이루어지고, 상기 봉지부는 상기 시지필름 또는 시이트를 상호결합한 열용착부로 구성되고, 상기 안전밸브는 상기 수지필름 또는 시이트가 상호맞포개진 밀착부를 가지고, 셀내부가 과압으로 되었을 때 셀내의 가스가 상기 밀착부를 벌려서 외부로 일산할 수 있도록 구성된 밀폐형축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안전밸브의 합성수지필름 또는 시이트가 상호맞포개진 밀착부가 미로구조로 형성되어 있는 밀폐형축전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안전밸브의 상기 밀착부에 내전해액성이고 불건성에 풍부한 액형상시일제를 도포한 밀폐형축전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 안전밸브의 밀착부에 도포된 액형상시일제가 실리콘오일인 밀폐형 축전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 안전밸브의 바깥쪽이 클립으로 협지되어 있는 밀폐형축전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
