Claims (10)

  1. 수경성 시멘트와 골제 그리고 시멘트의 수경성응고를 성취하기 위한 수분 그리고 다음 구조식 Ⅰ의 폴리(N-메틸올)글리코루릴로 구성된 첨가제로서 구성된 수경성 시멘트 혼합물
    여기서 R 그루우프중 최소한 2개가 메틸을그루우프이고 나머지 그루우프은 수소이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 무기염과 알칸올아민에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 응고촉진제를 부가적으로 함유하는 수경성 시멘트 혼합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물의 시멘트조성의 중량으로 전체 첨가제가 0.2-2.5중량%를 함유하는 수경성 시멘트 혼합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 트리메틸올 또는 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴과, 질산나트륨염 또는 질산칼슘염과, 티오시안산나트륨염 그리고 트리에탄올아민을 함유하는 수경성 시멘트 혼합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 혼합물의 시멘트 성분 중량으로 각기 첨가성분의 중량 퍼센트가 트리메틸올 또는 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴의 경우 0.01-0.20%이고, 질산나트륨염 또는 질산칼슘염의 경우 0.025-4.0%이며 티오시안산나트륨염의 경우 0.025-4.0%이고 트리에탄올아민의 경우 0.001-0.05%인 수경성 시멘트 혼합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 리그노설포네이트 수분감축응고지연제를 함유하는 수경성 시멘트 혼합물.
  7. 질산칼슘염과 질산나트륨염 그리고 티오시안산나트륨염에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 무기염과, 트리메틸올 또는 테트라메틸올, 그리고 알칸올아민으로 구성되는 수경성 시멘트 혼합물에 첨가하는 첨가제 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 질산나트륨염 또는 질산칼슘염과 더불어 트리메틸올 또는 테트라메틸글리코루릴과 티오시안산 나트륨염 그리고 트리에탄올 아민이 1-6중량%로 구성되어 있는 첨가 조성물.
  9. 수경성 시멘트 혼합물에 다음 구조식 Ⅰ의 폴리(N-메틸올)글리코루릴을 첨가하는 단계로 구성된, 수경성 시멘트의 응고속도를 증진시키는 방법.
    상기 구조식에서 R그루우프중 최소한 2개가 메틸올그루우프이며, R그루우프중 3 또는 4일경우 좀더 바람직하고 나머지 R그루우프는 수소이다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서 수경성 시멘트 혼합물에 혼합물의 시멘트 성분중량으로 트리메틸올 또는 테트라메틸와글리코루릴이 0.01-0.25중량%를 첨가시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
