제1공정 : 쌀겨 발효물 제조에 있어서, 쌀겨에 Bacillus Substillis종모를 가하고 살균수를 가한후 교반 용해 시킨다음 요소 및 인산을 투여 교반하여 30℃-36℃로 1일간 배양후 쌀겨를 넣고 교반하면서 요소와 인산을 첨가하여 1일간 배양한 다음 3일째 통상의 발효물을 썩어 주면서 2일간 더 발효시킨 다음 건조상에 옮겨 2일간 건조 시킨다.First step: in the production of fermented rice bran, Bacillus substillis seedlings are added to rice bran, sterilized water is added, and then dissolved by stirring.
