Claims (20)

  1. 차량 운전자의 음성명령을 인식하고 원하는 차량 속도를 나타내는 설정 속도신호를 발생시키는 음성인식수단과, 상기 설정 속도신호에 응답하여 차량을 원하는 속도로 유지시키는 속도 제어수단으로 된 음성 작동식 차량속도 제어장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음성명령에 응답하여 차량 운전자에게 상기 음성명령이 상기 음성 인식수단에 의해 수신되었음을 확인시키는 음성알림을 발생시키는 음성 합성수단을 포함하는 차량속도 제어장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음성명령이 제1 음성 명령이고, 상기 음성인식수단은 제2 음성명령이 상기 제1음성명령 수신후 상기 음성인식 수단에 의해 소정시간 이내에 수신되었을 때만 차량 운전자로부터의 제2 음성명령에 응답하여 상기설정 속도신호를 발생시키는 차량속도 제어장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 음성명령에 응답하여 차량 운전자에게 상기 제1 음성명령이 상기 음성인 식수단에 의해 수신되었음을 확인 시키는 제1 음성알림을 발생시키고, 상기 제2 음성명령에 응답하여 상기 설정속도가 상기 속도제어 수단에 공급되었음을 나타내는 제2 음성알림을 발생시키는 음성합성수단을 포함하는 차량속도 제어장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 음성인식수단은 차량 운전자로부터의 제3 음성명령에 응답하여 만일 차량 운전자로부터 상기 제1 음성명령이 재차 수신되지도 않고 상기 소정 시간이내에 상기 제2 음성명령이 뒤 따라 수신되지도 않으면 살기 설정속도 신호가 발생되는 것을 방지하는 차량속도 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음성명령이 제1 음성명령이고, 상기 음성인식수단은 제2 음성명령에 응답하여 가속신호를 발생시키고, 소정 시간 이후에 상기 가속신호를 자동으로 중지시키기 적합하게 되어 있고, 상기 속도 제어수단은 상기 가속신호에 응답하여 차량을 증가된 속도로 가속시키는 차량속도 제어장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 음성인식수단은 제3음성명령에 응답하여 상기 소정 시간의 종결 이전에 상기 가속신호의 발생을 중지시키는 차량속도 제어장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가속신호에 응답하여 차량 속도를 상기 증가된 속도로 유지시키는 수단을 포함하는 차량 속도 제어장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음성명령이 제1 음성명령이고, 상기 음성인식수단은 제2 음성명령에 응답하여 활주신호를 발생시키고, 상기 속도 제어수단은 상기 활주신호에 응답하여 차량을 감속시키고, 음성합성수단은 상기 제2 음성명령에 응답하여 차량의 활주상태를 나타내는 음성알림을 발생시키고, 상기 음성인식 수단은 제3음성명령에 응답하여 상기 설정속도신호를 발생시키는 차량속도 제어장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음성인식수단은 운전자로부터 나온 다수의 개별적 음성명령들에 응답하여 속도 제어장치를 작동시키는 다수의 제어신호들을 상기 속도 제어수단에 발생시키고, 상기 속도 제어장치는 상기 개별적 음성명령들 가운데 선택된 하나를 나타내는 각각 다수의 음성 템플릿 신호들을 수신하여 기억하는 훈련 수단도 포함하고, 상기 훈련 수단은 다수의 상기 음성명령들 가운데 각각 하나를 나타내는 선택된 음성알림들을 순차적으로 발생시키는 음성합성수단을 포함하고, 상기 음성인식수단은 상기 각 음성알림들이 발생된 다음 운전자로부터 수신된 음성명령에 응답하여 상기 음성명령을 음성 템플릿신호로 변환시키고, 상기 음성알림들중 선택된 하나에 일치하는 상기 각 음성 템플릿신호들을 선택된 위치에 기억시키는 수단으로 된 차량속도 제어장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 훈련 수단은 여러 차량운전자들 가운데 선택된 1인을 나타내고, 상기 해당 음성 템플릿 신호들이 기억되도록 하는 운전자 확인신호를 발생시키기 위한 수단을 포함하고, 상기 기억 음성 템플릿 신호들을 기억위치들에 기억시키는 차량속도 제어장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 훈련 수단은 상기 각 기억음성 템플릿 신호들을 서로 비교하는 수단과, 기억 음성 템플릿 신호들중 어떠한 두 신호라도 서로 완전히 다르지 않은 경우에는 이를 운전자에게 표시하여 주는 수단을 포함하는 차량속도 제어장치.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 훈련 수단은 상기 각 음성 명령들에 해당하는 선택 음성 템플릿신호가 기억되었음을 운전자에게 표시하는 수단을 포함하는 차량속도 제어장치.
  14. 원하는 차량 속도를 나타내는 설정 속도신호를 발생기키는 수단, 상기 설정 속도신호에 응답하여 차량을 원하는 속도로 유지시키는 수단, 가속신호를 발생기키기 위한 수단으로서, 상기 가속신호의 발생을 소정 시간이내에 자동으로 중지시키도록 된 상기 가속신호 발생수단, 및 상기 가속신호에 응답하여 차량을 증가된 속도로 가속시키는 수단으로 된 음성 작동식 차량속도 제어장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 억지 신호를 발생시키는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 가속신호 발생수단은 상기 억지 신호에 응답하여 상기 소정 시간의 종결 이전에 상기 가속신호의 발생을 중지시키는 차량속도 제어장치.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 가속신호에 응답하여 차량을 증가된 속도로 유지시키는 수단을 포함하는 차량속도 제어장치.
  17. 음성 작동식 속도 제어장치를 작동시키기 위해 음성명령들을 나타내는 다수의 음성 템플릿 신호들을 수신하여 기억시키는 방법으로서, (a) 기억될 다수의 음성 템플릿신호들 가운데 선택된 하나의 신호를 나타내는 음성알림을 발생시키는 단계, (b) 단계 (a)의 음성알림을 나타내는 음성명령을 운전자로부터 수신하는 단계, (c) 상기 음성명령을 음성 템플릿 신호로 변환시키는 단계, (d) 상기 음성 템플릿 신호를 기억시키는 단계, (e) 기억될 상기 음성 템플릿 신호들의 각각에 대하여 단계 (a)에서 부터 단계 (b)까지를 반복하는 단계로 구성되는 상기 수신 및 기억방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에 앞서, 여러 운전자들 가운데 선택된 1인을 나타내고 상기 해당 음성 템플릿 신호들이 기억하도록 하는 신호를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하고, 단계 (d)에서는 선택된 운전자에 일치하는 상기 음성 템플릿 신호들을 기억위치에 기억시키는 상기 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서. 단계 (e)다음에는, 단계 (d)에서 기억된 상기 음성 템플릿 신호들을 서로 비교하여 기억 음성 템플릿 신호들을 기억위치에 기억시키는 상기 방법.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 단계(e) 다음에는, 훈련 순서가 완료되었음을 운전자에게 표시하여 주는 단계를 포함하는 상기 방법.
