Claims (8)
- 변압기(10)는,자기적으로 침투 가능한 코어(24) 및 변압기 권선(12)을 형성하기 위하여 상기 코어에 대하여 배치된 와이어의 코일을 구비하며, 상기 코어는,제 1 코어부(25)와;제 2 코어부(26)를 구비함에 있어서,제 1 코어부와 제 2 코어부 사이에 갭(30)을 형성하기 위하여 상기 제 1 (25)및 제 2 (26) 코어부간에 위치한 꼬여진 와이어(31,32)를 구비하는 스페이싱 수단과, 상기 꼬여진 와이어는 상기 변압기 권선(12)은 인덕턴스의 조정을 제공하도록 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 (25)및 제 2 (26) 코어부는 스프링형 코어 클립(35)을 경유하여 그 사이에 상기 꼬여진 와이어(31,32)와 함께 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 꼬여진 와이어(31,32)의 변형은 상기 꼬여진 와이어(31,32)의 패킹 밀도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 꼬여진 와이어는 한쌍의 와이어로써 배열 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정 장치.
- 권선을 형성하기 위하여 다수의 와이어를 회전시키는 단계와,자기적으로 침투가능한 제 1 (25)및 제 2 (26)코어 세그먼트를 구비하는 코어를 상기 권선(12)의 부근에 위치시키는 단체를 구비하는 유동성 소자의 인덕턴스를 조립하여 조정하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 꼬여진 와이어(31,32)를 상기 제 1 코어 세그먼트(25)와 제 2 코어 세그먼트(26)사이에 위치 시키는 단계와, 상기 유도성 소자의 인덕턴스를 조정하기 위하여 그것으로부터의 패킹 밀도를 증가시키도록 상기 꼬여진 와이어를 포함시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 유도성 소자의 인덕턴스는 상기 꼬여진 와이어가 압축되어지는 동안 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 (25)및 제 2 (26) 코어 세그먼트의 연관 위치를 유지시키기 위하여 상기 자기적으로 침투가능한 코어(24)상에 코어 보유 클립(35)을 위치시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,코어 보유 클립(35)은 상기 꼬여진 와이어(31,32)를 압축시키기 이전에 상기 코어(24)상에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기 인덕턴스 조정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
