Claims (1)

  1. 바이모프에 헤드가 설치됨과 동시에, 상기 바이모프에 스트렌게지가 설치되어서 구성되는 바이모프 헤드와, 상기한 바이모프에 구동신호 및 감쇠 진폭 신호를 전환 공급하는 구동신호 발생수단 및 감쇠 진동신호 발생수단과,
    상기한 스트렌게지의 외검출 전압이 공급되고, 그 출력이 상기 구동신호에서 감산되는 차동 증폭기와,
    상기 바이모프에 대해, 상기 구동신호를 공급하기에 앞서, 상기한 감쇠 진동 신호가 공급된 후의 상기 차동증폭기의 출력이 0으로 되는 소정의 바이어스 전압을 발생하는 바이어스 전압발생 수단을 구비하며,
    상기 구동신호가 상기한 바이모프에 공급될 때에는, 상기 차동 증폭기에 상기한 소정의 바이어스 전압이 주어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 바이모프 헤드의 바이모프 구동장치.
