Claims (5)
- 밸브케이싱과, 상기 밸브케이싱 내에 배치된 밸브시트체와, 적어도 하나의 자기코일과, 가동자를 가지는 전자작동식 연료분사밸브로서, 상기 가동자가, 밸브시트체의 유통구멍내에 유격을 가지고 관통배치되어 있는 밸브 니이들이 끼워져 있고, 이 밸브 니이들이 가지는 폐쇄헤드가 연료분사밸브의 개방을 위해 밸브시트체에 배치된 고정적인 밸브시트로부터 외측으로 이격운동 가능한 형식의 것에 있어서, 가동자(28)가 구형으로 형성되어 있고 또 그 외주면에 있어서 유통구멍(22)에 정합되어 연장하는 안내구멍(25)내에서 밸브 시트체(17)를 따라 미끄럼 가능하도록 지지되어 있고, 코어(7, 9)로부터의 가동자(28)의 행정운동이, 안내구멍(25)과 유통구멍(22)과의 사이에 배치된 맞닿음면(24)에 의해 제한가능하며, 또 연료량 조절이 주로 유통구멍(22)내에서 밸브시트(23)의 바로 상류에 있어서 행해지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 니이들(26)이 폐쇄 헤드(29)의 바로 상류측에 양조절부(33)를 가지고, 이 양조절부(33)와 유통구멍(22)의 벽부와의 사이에 양조절 환형 갭(34)이 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유통구멍(22)이 밸브시트(23)의 바로 상류측에 협착부(39)를 가지고, 이 협착부(39)와 밸브니이들(26)과의 사이에 양조절 환형갭(34)이 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구형의 가동자(28)가 코어(7, 9)에 면하여 모떼기부(30)를 가지고 있는 것이 특징인 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어(7, 9)에 영구자석(12)이 배치되어 있는 것이 특징인 연료분사밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
