Claims (14)
- 폴리에테트폴리올 및 수산기를 갖는 디엔중합체로부터 유도되는 폴리우레탄으로 구성되고, 상기 수산기를 갖는 디엔 중합체가 함유하는 탄소-탄소 이중 결합과는 다른 중합성 이중 결합을 갖는 폴리우레탄을 주성분으로 하는 자외선 경화형 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄이 상기 폴리에테트폴리올, 수산기를 갖는 디엔중합체 및 중합성 이중 결합과 수산기를 갖는 화합물로 구성되고, 이들이 우레탄 결합에 의하여 결합된 것인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄이 상기 폴리에테트폴리올, 상기 수산기를 갖는 디엔중합체 및 중합성 이중 결합과 수산기를 갖는 화합물과 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응에 의하여 제조된 것인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테트폴리올이 수평균 분자량 300∼5,000인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수산기를 갖는 디엔중합체가 상호 용제의 존재하에서 디엔류와 과산화수소 수용액을 촉매로 하는 중합에 의하여 제조된 중합체인 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 수산기를 갖는 디엔 중합체가 분자중에 1,4-결합 단위를 60% 이상 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수산기를 갖는 디엔중합체가 1,2-결합 단위 및 3,4-결합 단위의 이중 결합에 대하여 선택적으로 수소첨가되고, 수소첨가율이 60% 이상인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수산기를 갖는 디엔중합체가, 비선택적으로 수소첨가되고, 수소첨가율이 10% 이상 50% 미만인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테트 폴리올의 사용량이 수산기를 갖는 상기 디엔 중합체 1몰당 0.1∼5몰인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 이중 결합이 아크릴로일기 또는 메타크릴토일기로서 포함되어 있는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 이중 결합과 수산기를 갖는 화합물의 사용량이, 폴리에테트 폴리올 및 수산기를 갖는 디엔 중합체의 합계 1몰당 0.6∼1.6몰인 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 사용량이 폴리에테트 폴리올 및 수산기를 갖는 디엔 중합체 1몰당 1.3∼1.8몰인 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄이 디이소시아네이트 화합물에 중합성 이중 결합과 수산기를 갖는 화합물을 반응시키고, 그 생성물을 폴리에테트폴리올 및 수산기를 갖는 디엔 중합체의 한쪽과 반응시키고, 이어서 얻어진 반응 생성물을 이들 2 화합물의 다른한쪽과 반응시켜서 제조한 것인 조성물.
- 제 1항의 수지조성물의 경화물로 되는 피복층을 갖는 피복 광섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
