Claims (9)

  1. 다수의 표본 데이타 X(i)에 기초한 파라메터를 제어하기 위한 공정에 있어서 : (a) 데이타 X(i)를 채집하고; (b) (i)표본데이타 X(i); (ⅱ) X(i)에서 장기간 변수(long-term variation)들에 대해 계산된 필터 계수β(i); (ⅲ) X(i)에서 단기간 변수(short-term variation)들에 대해 2차 계산된 필터계수 「(i)에 기초한 선별데이타 Y(i)를 반복적으로 결정하고; (c) Y(i)에 기초하여 파라메터를 제어함을 포함하는 파라메터 제어공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (i)가 X(i)에 관련이 있는 장기간 변수에 기초하여 계산되어지는 공정.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,β(i)=α+{[ABS[L(i)]/Nom]/M}[U-α]인 공정. 여기서α,U,M 및 Nom은 미리 정해진 상수.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 「(i)가 X(i)의 관련된 단기간 변수에 기초하여 계산되어지는 공정.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 「(i)=α-{[ABS[S(i)]/Nom]/M}[α-F]인 공정. 여기서α,F,M 및 Nom은 미리 정해진 상수.
  6. 측정된 데이타에 기초하여 파라메터를 제어하는 공정에 있어서 : (a) 측정된 다수의 데이타 X(i,j)를 수집하고; (b) 하기의 결정방법을 반복적으로 실시하며 : (i) D(i-1,j)=Y(i-1,j)를 결정하고; (ⅱ) 이후 T(i-1,j)-U[D(i-1,j)]+[1-U]T(i-2,j)를 결정하고, 여기서는미리 정해진 상수; (ⅲ) 이후 하기의 방정식에 따라 (L(i,j)를 결정하며 : 방정식 : 경우 A; 만약 T(i-1,j)≥0이면 L(i,j)=MinX(i,j)-Y(i-1,j); T(i-1,j) 만약 X(i,j)-Y(i-1.j)≥0: 혹은 LL(i,j)=O.O 만약 X(i,j)-Y(i,j)〈0 경우 B ; 만약 T(i-1,j)〈0이면 L(i,j)=O 만약 X(i,j)-Y(i-1,j)≥O; 혹은 L(i,j)=-1[Min ABS[X(i,j)-Y(i-1,j)], ABS[T(i-1,j)]] 만약 X(i,j)-Y(i-1,j)〈O (jv) 이후 S(i,j)=[X(i,j)-Y(i-1,j)]-L(i,j)을 결정하며; (v) 이후β(i,j)=α+{[ABS[L(i,j)]/Nom]M} [U-α] 「(i,j)=α-{[ABS[S(i,j)]?Nom]/M} [α-F]를 결정하며, 여기서α,M,U,F 및 Nom은 미리 정해진 상수; (vi) 이후 Y(i,j)-[β(i,j)L(i,j)+「(i,j)S(i,j)]+Y(i-1,j)를 정하고; (c) X(i,j)에 기초하여 파라메터를 제어함을 포함하는 파라메터 제어공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 측정된 데이타는 종이재료를 횡단하는 감지기에 의하여 얻어지는 공정.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, i=주사횟수이고 j=슬라이스 수인 공정.
  9. 제6항에 있어서,α=0.2 U=0.35 L=0.1
