Claims (7)

  1. 분말 분배 장치에 있어서, 분말용 운반로와, 금속재료로 만들어져 있고, 외측주면에서 다수의 분말보류 요면을 가지면서 분말운반로의 출구 아래에 배치된 회전자와, 상기 회전자의 내부에 제공된 분말 보류 요면의 분말 접촉면을 가열하도록 적용된 다수의 가열기와, 분말 보류요면의 용량을 초과하는 분말양이 분말 보류 요면으로 공급되지 않도록 분말의 공급을 제어하도록 적용되어서 회전자의 표면과 접촉하여 배치된 분말 스크레이핑 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분배장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말 운반로의 출구는 회전자의 표면에 인접하고, 상기 출구의 한쪽 부분은 분말스크레이핑 수단으로써의 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분배장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 회전자의 내부에는 다수의 블록 수령 요면이 형성되고, 각각의 블록 수령요면에는 이의 표면에 형성된 분말 보류 요면을 가진 블록이 제거 가능하게 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분배장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,각각의 블록은 플라스틱 물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분배장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가열기는 전기 가열기인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분배장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전기 가열기는 온조조절기에 의하여 자동으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분배장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가열기는 기체 또는 액체 가열매체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분배장치.
