Claims (5)

  1. 아크릴수지시럽 20 내지 60중량부와, 미세분말형태로 되어 있는 β-형 규산칼슘 20 내지 80중량부를 균일하게 혼합하는 단계와 적어도 1종의 유기과산화물 존재하에 생성된 혼합물을 중합시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 인조대리석의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴수지가 시티렌 메타크 릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 부틸메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 메타크릴레이트, 라우릴 메타크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸롤 푸로판 트리메타크릴레이트, 아릴메타크릴레이트, 디아릴 프탈레이드, 아크릴 디글리콜 카르보내이트, 아크릴산메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸-헥실아크릴레이트 및 라우릴 아크릴레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종의 단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 과산화물이 아조비스이소부티로니트릴, 과산화벤조일, 과산화라우릴, t-부틸퍼옥시네오데카노에이트 및 t-부틸퍼옥시-2-에틸헥사노에이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 인조대리석의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계후 및 상기 중합단계전에 혼합물의 기포를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석의 제거방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합단계가 100°에서 3시간동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석의 제조방법.
