Claims (2)
- 방전 가공할 피 가공물을 관통하는 와이어 전극을 양쪽에서 협지하여, 이것을 소정 속도로 이송하는 캡스턴 트올러와 핀치 로울러를 탄화 규소계 세라믹제로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전 가공장치.
- 금속제로 되는 기체의 주위에 탄화규소제 세미믹제를 마련하는 것에 의해 캡스턴 로울러와 핀치 로울러를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 와이어 방전 가공장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
