Claims (2)

  1. 방전 가공할 피 가공물을 관통하는 와이어 전극을 양쪽에서 협지하여, 이것을 소정 속도로 이송하는 캡스턴 트올러와 핀치 로울러를 탄화 규소계 세라믹제로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전 가공장치.
  2. 금속제로 되는 기체의 주위에 탄화규소제 세미믹제를 마련하는 것에 의해 캡스턴 로울러와 핀치 로울러를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 와이어 방전 가공장치.
