Claims (11)
- 놀라운 중복역량을 지니며, 비자기화성 접착제에 일정하게 분산된 무기입자로 이루어진 자기화성층을 지니고 있고, 각 입자가 침상의 자기화성입자와-Fe2O3입자로 이루어져 있으며, 각 층이 0.1마이크로미터 이상의 표면평활도와 액성국소윤활제등을 지닌 자기녹음디스크가 들어있는 디스케트에 있어서, (a) 헤드-클리닝제 입자는 1-4중량 %의 층을 포함하고 있으며, (b)-Fe2O3입자는 침상으로서 자기 화성 입자와 거의 근사한 길이와 두께를 지니고 있으며, (c) 국소윤활제는 최소한 층의 2중량 %의 양으로 층의 세공내에 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 디스케트의 자기녹음디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 침상이 자기화성입자, 헤드-클리닝제 입자,-Fe2O3입자는 69-73중량 %의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 디스케트의 자기녹음 디스크.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 침상의 자기화성입자는-Fe2O3인 것을 특징으로하는 디스케트의 자기녹음 디스크.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어떤 한항에 있어서, 자기화성층의 세공에 함유된 국소윤활제는 2-5중량 %의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 디스케트의 자기녹음 디스크.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 국소윤활제는 직쇄의 지방산과 직쇄의 지방산의 에스테르 혼합물인 것을 특징으로하는 디스케트의 자기녹음 디스크.
- 제5항에 있어서, 국소윤활제는 3부의 헥사데실스테아레이트와 1중량부의 올레산의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스케트의 자기녹음 디스크.
- (1) 접착제를 형성하는 물질에 침상자기화성입자입자,-Fe2O3입자, 모오스경도가 최소한 7인 헤드-클리닝제 입자를 분산시키고, (2) 분산액을 유연성 지지대에 코팅시켜 자기화성 층을 지닌 시이트를 제공하고, (3) 자기화성층을 액성국소윤활제로 포화시키고, (4) 시이트를 자기성 녹음디스크로 커팅하여 디스케트의 자기녹음 디스크를 제조하는데 있어서, (a)헤드-클리닝제입자는 1-4중량 %의 층을 포함하고 있으며, (b)-Fe2O3입자는 침상으로서 자기화성자와 거의 근사한 길이와 두께를 지니고 2-7중량 %의 층을 포함하고 있으며, (c) 액성국소윤활제는 최소한 층의 세공속에 포함도어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스케트의 자기녹음 디스크 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 침상의 자기화성입자, 헤드-클리닝제 입자,-Fe2O3입자는 69-73중량 %의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 극소윤활제는 직쇄의 지방산과 직쇄의 지방산의 에스테르의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 국소윤활제는 3부의 핵사데실스테아레이트와 1중량부의 울레산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
