금속용기, 특히 콘버어터(Converter) 내에서 단일 프로세스 공정으로 열금속(hot metal)을 동시에 탈탄(脫炭) 및 탈인(脫燐) 시키며, 그 콘버어터 내에서 순수한 산소를 그 멜트(melt)에 노정취입(top blowing)시키고 불활성 교반가스를 노저부면에서 그 멜트에 취입시켜 통상의 인 함량을 가진 열금속에서인 함량이 낮은 강재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 위 용기내에서 망간함량 0,2Wt% 이하의 열금속을 장입시킨 다음 석회를 가하고 취입이 끝날 때 그 강재의 최종인 함량 0.005Wt% 이하로 슬래그의 변화없이 정련을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 강재의 제조방법.Hot metal is simultaneously decarburized and dephosphorized in a single process in a metal container, especially in a converter, and pure oxygen is transferred to the melt in the converter.
