Claims (2)
- 전로출강시 래들에 유입된 슬래그를 탈산하여 슬래그중의 T.Fe+MnO의 함량을 10% 이하로하는 제1공정과, 슬래그탈산을 실시한 용강을 통상의 감압처리방법으로 탈가스 처리를 하되 초기[C]함량 및 탈탄반응에 따라 아르곤 가스유량을 350-500Nl/min 범위에서 조절하면서 용강에 취입하고 탈가스 말기(탈탄반응말기)에 탈산제를 첨가하여 용강을 탈단하는 제2공정과, 탈가스처리를 실시한 용강을 연속주조하된 주조속도초기, 연연주 래들교체시점 되는 주조말기의 주조불안정 시점에 턴디쉬 또는 몰드내에 강중[Ca] 함량이 4-1-ppm이 되도록 Ca-Al 절단편을 투입하여 연속주조하는 제3공정으로 이루어져 [C] 함량이 0.02-0.05%로 됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 박강판용 연주주편을 제조하는 방법.
