제1도는 볼 발명에 따른 소켓형 안전스위치의 동작방식에 관한 도식도로서, 실선은 전류-오차를 검지하기 이전 그리고 점선은 전류-오차를 검지한 후의 동작을 각각 도시한 것임.
제2도는 전류-오차측정장치, 안전스위치, 전자석 및 조정수단을 갖는 제1도에 도시된 구조유니트의 측면도.

(1):소켓형 안전 스위치, (2):전류-오차 측정장치, (4):안전스위치, (5):코일, (6):코어, (7):복귀스프링, (8):회전가능형 손잡이, (9):피벗레버, (10):스위치 샤프트.

Claims (5)

  1. 전류오차측정장치와 전류오차가 검지될시 폐쇄되거나 또는 그때 이미 폐쇄된 전류회로를 차단하는 보안기스위치를 갖는 소켓형 안전스위치에 있어서, 코일(5)와 코어(6)을 갖는 전자석은 전류-오차측정장치(2)에 연결되고, 이 경우 상기의 코일(5)가 상기의 전류-오차측정장치(2)에 전기적으로 연결되는데 비해, 상기 코어(6)은 상기의 코일(5)가 상기의 전류-오차검지에 의해 전압강하할때, 상기 코어(6)에 연결된 복귀 스프링(7)에 의해 보안기 스위치를 비-동작 위치로 전환시킬 수 있게끔 상기의 안전스위치(4)에 기계적으로 연결되고, 그리고 전류를 공급받은 전자성의 코일(5)는 완전히 후퇴한 상기의 코어(6)와 함께 조정 수단에 의해 상기의 복귀 스프링(7)이 인장됨과 동시에 상기의 보안기스위치의 비-동작위치로부터 상기 스위치의 동작위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소켓형 안전스위치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 한편으로는 전자석의 코어(6)에 다른 한편으로는 한 단부가 견고히 정착된 복귀스프링에 연결되는 피벗레버(9)는 상기 코일(5)로부터 코어(6)이 나올때 상기 레버(9)가 스톱(11)에 접촉되게끔 두 연결점들 사이에서 상기 안전스위치(4)의 스위치샤프트(10)에 회전불가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소켓형 안전 스위치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전자석의 코일(5)는 스위칭하우징(12)내에 위치하며 보안기 스위치 동작위치에서 복귀스프링(14) 및 스프링-하중 로킹레버(15)로부터 압력을 받는 슬라이딩 캐리지(13)위체 장치되고, 한편 상기의 로킹레버(15)는 상기 슬라이딩 캐리지(13)위에 있는 로킹 캠(16)뒤의 로킹위치에 풀림가능하게 연결되도록 선회가능하게 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소켓형 안전 스위치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기의 조정수단은 상기 스위치하우징(12)의 바깥에서 작동할 수 있으며 그의 베어링샤프트에 상기 슬라이딩 캐리지(13)위의 톱니랙(18)과 맞물리는 피니언(17)을 갖고 회전가능형 손잡이(8)이고, 그리고 풀음 풀런지(19)는 상기 회전가능형 손잡이(8)의 관형 베어링 샤프트를 통과하여, 상기 풀음 플런지(19)가 축방향으로 이동 또는 내려갈때 상기 로킹레버(15)를 풀음위치로 전환시킬 수 있게끔 스프링력에 대항해 축방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소켓형 안전스위치.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전류-오차측정장치(2), 보안기 스위치(4), 전자석 및 조정수단을 갖는 스위치 하우징(12)는 플러그-인 소켓(1) 내에 수용될 수 있는 구조유니트형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 소켓형 안전스위치.
