Claims (15)

  1. (a) 방사구플레이트에 위치한 다수개의 거의 균일한 크기의 구공 각각에 98.0내지 100.2%황산 100ml중에 적어도 30g의 폴리아미드로 형성시킨 이방성용액을 거의 균일한 량으로 공급하고, (b) 상기 이 방성용액을 하나의 수직경사군을 형성하는 상기 다수개의 구공을 통하여 하방으로압출시킨 다음 비응고액의 거의 균일한 두께층을 통하여 수직하방으로 압출시키고, (c) 상기 압출된 이방성용액이 비응고액층을 통과한 후 상기 압출된 이방성용액을 중력-가속화 및 자유-낙하응고액중에 수직하방으로 통과시켜 응고시킴을 특징으로 하여, 동일 축방향으로 또는 평형하게 또한 반대방향으로 쇄연장결합 및 적어도 4.0의 고유점도를 갖는 다수개의 고-강력, 고-모듈러스 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트를 동시에 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압출된 이방성용액이 응고액의 낙수 쇼울더(shoulder)지점에서 중력-가속화 및 자유-낙하응고액을 통과하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용액이 하방향으로 압출되는 하나의 수직경사군이 평면배열인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용액이 하방향으로 압출되는 하나의 수직경사군이 유연한 굴곡실린더형 배열인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 유연한 굴곡실린더형 배열이 원으로 한정되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 응고된 생성물이 교란되지 않는 방법으로 적용된 추가의 액과 접촉되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 응고액 및 추가의 액 모두 수용액을 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 방사구플레이트의 구공이 일직선배열로 존재하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 방사구플레이트의 구공이 몇개, 바람직하게는 2개의, 밀집되게 위치한, 지그재그형 직선배열로 존재하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 방사구플레이트의 구공이 몇개, 바람직하게는 2개의, 밀집되게 배열된, 지그재그형 배열로 존재하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 방사구의 구공이 그룹으로 존재하고 이 그룹은 그룹의 개개구공에서보다 더 떨어져 위치하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 폴리(p-페닐테레프탈아미드)이고, 이방성용액이 약 80℃에서 압출되고, 응고용액이 약 10℃ 미만의 온도로 있는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 비응고액이 공기이고, 비응고액의 층이 약 10mm 미만의 두께를 갖는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 응고된 생성물이 300m/분을 초과하는 속도로 처리되는 방법.
