Claims (6)

  1. 인발코어 주위에 돌출된 합성레진 외장의 표면의 슬로트나, 접착제에 의해 인발코어의 표면에 접속되고 공섬유를 느슨히 둘러싼 합성레진 튜브가 제공되는 중심 인발코어의 주위에 하나 혹은 그 이상의 광섬유가 제공되며, 상기 슬로트나 튜브가 회전방향이 주기적으로 변하는 나선형 형상을 가진 인발코어에 접착된 연속공정으로 광학 케이블을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 인발코어는 합성레진 외장이나 튜브와 함께 형성되기 전에 회전하고, 회전방향이 주기적으로 변하여, 그 회전의 결과로 합성레진 외장이나 합성레진튜브가 회전방향이 변한 나선형 형상을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 케이블 소자 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 튜브 혹은 슬로트가 그 회전방향이 반전하기전에 한회전방향에서 수회의 회전을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 케이블 소자 제조방법.
  3. 제1 혹은 2항에 청구된 방법을 수행하는 장치로서, 스로트내에 광섬유를 배치시키기 위한 배열기계와 인발코어 주위에 슬로트와 함께 외장을 돌출시키기 위한 돌출기를 포함하거나, 접착층을 포함하는 인발코어상의 광섬유를 포함하는 합성레진 튜브를 제공하는 투여장치와 인발코어상에 접착제층을 제공하는 접착제 투여기계를 포함하는 장체에 있어서, 상기 자치가 돌출기나 접착제 투여기계전에 클램프되는 인발코어와 함께 바퀴를 포함하고 인발코어의 주변에서 회전가능한 클램핑장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 케이블 소자 제조장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바퀴가 인발코어의 주변에 규칙적으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학케이블소자 제조장치.
  5. 제 3 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 바퀴가 조정될 수 있는 인발코어상의 바퀴압력으로 탄성암에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 케이블 소자 제조장치.
  6. 제 3,4 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 바퀴가 인발코어의 원통형 표면에 적절한 동공프로파일을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는광학 케이블 소자 제조장치.
