Description

합성 수지 수도콕크
제1도는 본 고안의 요부를 보인 분해 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안의 측단면도로서,
(a)는 밸브를 열어놓은 상태도이고,
(b)는 밸브를 하강시켜 지수시킨 상태도.
제3도는 요부 확대 단면도.
제4도는 본 고안과의 비교를 위한 종래의 수도콕크 단면도.
본 고안은 몸체와 밸브가 합성수지로 형성되는 수도콕크에 있어서 합성수지재질의 특성을 이용하여 간단한 구성으로 밀접도와 기밀성을 보다 효과적으로 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.
종래에는 제4도의 상태처럼 콕크 몸체와 밸브를 합성수지로 형성하되, 밸브하단에 개폐공을 형성하여 밸브를 제자리 회전식으로 구성한 것이 있으나, 개폐공이 협소하여 최대한 개방된 상태일지라도 급수량이 적게되고 밸브를 차폐시켰을 때 수압이 상방으로 누출되는 결점이 있는 것이다. 이는 상방의 나사캡을 강하게 조여주면 내부의 패킹이 밸브를 압압하여주면 가능하겠지만 실상 사용함에 있어 밸브회동이 힘이들게 되어 캡을 약간 풀어주어야만 밸브 회동이 부드럽기 때문에 이런상태에서는 누수가 되기 마련이다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결점을 감안해서 합성수지재질로 콕크몸체와 밸브를 형성함에 있어서 밸브 단부를 테이퍼부로 형성하고 그 상단에 나사부를 형성하여 상하 승강작동에 의해 급수공을 개폐하게하며 급수공 상단에 돌출협착부를 형성하여 일체의 밀폐 패킹이 없이도 밀폐력을 강하게한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지재질로 콕크몸체(1)와 밸브체(2)를 형성하고 콕크몸체(1)내의 변실(3) 나사부(4)에 밸브체(2)의 나사부(5)를 나사맞춤하여 이들 나사부(4)(5)에 의해 밸브체 (2)가 승강작동하게 하고 밸브체(2)하단을 원뿔형으로 구성한 것에 있어서 밸브체(2)하단에 형성되는 원뿔형 테이퍼부의 기점부(A)를 변실(3)하단부(B)의 윗쪽에 위치하도록 길게 연장형성하고 변실(3) 내벽에는 밸브체(2)의 연장테이퍼부에 맞도록 기점부(A)위치에서 하단부(B)까지 상광하협상의 돌출테두리(6)를 형성하여서된 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 레버를 돌려서 밸브체(2)를 승강작동시킴에 의해 급수로가 개폐됨은 통상적이나 밸브체(2)가 하강시에 그 테이퍼부가 변실(3)하단의 내벽면에 돌출테두리부(6)에 받쳐져 협착되면서 급수로를 막아주게되며 이때 이들의 밀접도는 매우 강하게된다. 이들 양쪽몸체가 모두 합성수지재질이고 그 재질자체의 신축성에 의해 물림상태가 양호하며 양쪽 나사부(4)(5)에 의해 밸브체(2)의 눌려지는 힘이 강하므로 일체의 패킹을 사용하지 않아도 누수되는 일은 없게되며 급수로가 개방된 상태에서는 수압이 개방된 급수로를 따라서 미치게되므로 변실(3)쪽으로 누출될 염려가 없고 급수량을 최대한에서 최소한도까지 임의조절하여 사용할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 합성수지재질로 콕크몸체(1)와 밸브체(2)를 형성하고 콕크몸체(1)내의 변실(3) 나사부(4)에 밸브체(2)의 나사부(5)를 나사맞춤하여 이들 나사부(4)(5)에 의해 밸브체 (2)가 승강작동하게 하고 밸브체(2)하단을 원뿔형으로 구성한 것에 있어서 밸브체(2)하단에 형성되는 원뿔형 테이퍼부의 기점부(A)를 변실(3)하단부(B)의 윗쪽에 위치하도록 길게 연장형성하고 변실(3) 내벽에는 밸브체(2)의 연장테이퍼부에 맞도록 기점부(A)위치에서 하단부(B)까지 상광하협상의 돌출테두리부(6)를 형성하여서된 합성수지 수도콕크.
